recipes

I made dairy free pumpkin muffins last week but they fell. I used an egg replacer that's the only thing I can think of.
I ordered some supplements from www.iherbs.com for gall bladder. I should get them next week.
So far I have 3 recipes for main dishes I can eat. Chicken and rice casserole, navy bean soup and split pea soup. The list grows! I tried putting a ham shank in my navy bean soup and didn't get sick, woo hoo!
Business is slow, as it usually is this time of year. Time to work on my taxes and discover more recipes.
I am almost completely organic now and all the meat I eat (which is very little) is free range with no nitrates. I wonder sometimes if eating non organic foods were also making me sick.
